Once upon a time, a long time ago…
or at least that’s what it feels like in the age of web 2.0. In the year 2013, making the website of Götz GmbH had been one of our first web projects. One hacker attack and 3 years later, we rebuilt the website from zero.
Challenges & Strategy
Other than a clear design, improving the user experience on www.goetz-eisenwaren.de was a major objective. Also, the family business wanted to come across as more personal and emphasize its focus on service & customer support more strongly.
How we did it
In order to improve user experience, we increased the margins and padding between the different parts of the sub pages and made sure to clearly distinguish them from one another. Thanks to the new design, the website now brings across the company both adequately and harmoneously. An newly added search function helps customers filter through Götz GmbH’s wide product range.
